StapleGuard Door Frame Reinforcer

 

 

The Kickstop StapleGuard was originally known as the London Frame Reinforcer.

  • In simple terms, it is a short version of the London Bar.  The difference being that the two StapleGuard plates bolt together through the frame using four security bolts whereas the London Bar is screwed on.
  • It is very strong indeed and resists forced entry by strengthening the door frame around the staple (keep) of a cylinder nightlatch or rim lock.
  • The StapleGuard is available in three sizes, three polyester powder coated architectural finishes and one polished and brass plated finish.
  • The Kickstop StapleGuard offers superior protection and resistance against kick-in attacks and forced entry.
  • Supplied with security bolts and fitting instructions. 

 

 

 

Before ordering

Very carefully check that the Stapleguard staple size that you order, is the correct size that you need to fit over the door's nightlatch or rim lock staple.

2004 Universal Staple 

(30mm x 97mm)

This is a large size staple that can be slightly reduced by using the two fixings 

 

9603 Standard Staple

(30mm x 70mm)

To fit over the staple of smaller sized nightlatches 

 

9604 Large Staple

(30mm x 97mm)

To fit over the staple of large sized rim locks

 

9605 Ingersoll Staple - This is a 'non-handed' stapleguard - to fit over the left or right handed Ingersoll SC71

It will fit over the lock staple and has a small cut out section to allow the Springbolt of the lock to pass through.

The fixings allow the internal size of the staple to be 'reduced' from 97 to 70mm.  Perfect for customers who are unsure whether to purchase a Standard or Large size staple

  • 20mm wide
  • It is not 'handed' and can be fitted on the left or right side of the door frame.
  • Bolt through version of the 9612/9613 London Bar
  • To Reinforce and Strengthen Wooden Door Frame
